Casa Alegria is a beautiful 3,600 square foot house within walking distance of the beautiful sandy beaches of Manuel Antonio.

It is fully air-conditioned and the Balinese-style furniture and art add to the tropical feel of this lovely home. The private pool is 20 feet long and has a spacious deck with lounge chairs - perfect for soaking up the sun. Relax and indulge yourself in the outdoor whirlpool tub.

Its location high on a hill affords beautiful views of the rainforest and ocean below and the sunny skies above. The 20-minute walk to the beach is down stone steps and paved pathways.

The house consists of 4 levels, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths and sleeps 8 to 10. Balconies extending across the front of the house have floor to ceiling windows. These verandahs are a perfect place to relax, sip a tropical drink or indulge in some summer reading.

There is a modern fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable living area on the main level, all facing the ocean. An island work area with barstools is a great place to gather for morning coffee and discuss the days activities. Also on this floor is a bedroom with whirlpool tub and queen sized bed.

The large entertainment area is on the next level and is equipped with DVD player, cable TV and mini-bar. This level is just a few steps away from the pool and contains two additional bedrooms, one with king bed and the other with queen sized bed.

A mini apartment on the lower level is a great place for anyone seeking a little more privacy. It has its own mini-kitchen with fridge, stove and sink. Sliding doors from this room open up to the pool.

Tours such as whitewater rafting, dolphin watching, horseback riding and jet skis can be arranged by your property manager who is available to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.
