Casa Caresa is a luxury 4 bedroom/6 bath villa in Playa Tambor overlooking the beautiful beach of Bahia Balena, the open Pacific and across the gulf to Jaco and Manuel Antonio. Four bedrooms have their own private bath (the master has a jacuzzi) and there is are two 1/2 baths (one off the living room and one in the rancho). There is one king, two queens and two twins. Each bedroom has a wet bar, mini fridge and coffee pot. The two upstairs bedrooms have balconies with cafe sets. The two downstairs bedrooms have sliders opening to the patio. AC in the bedrooms only with ceiling fans throughout including two on the terrace and one in the rancho. Interior amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, flat screen TVs, DVD player, stereo, (satellite) telephone, and internet. All floors are tiles (except master bedroom which has bamboo). There is an eat in bar at the kitchen with four stools as well as a full dining room table for six as well as outdoor dining. An intercom system is in place for communication at the front door and for room to room). The infiniti pool overlooks the ocean and there is a good sized sunning deck as well as a sun lounge with jacuzzi. The separate rancho also overlooks the ocean and has a gas grille, wet bar and 1/2 bath. The villa is a 20 minute flight (Sansa or Nature Air) from San Jose or a 4 hour drive by ferry from Puntarenas. Budget Rental Car will meet you at the air strip. Rate $3500/week Easter/Christmas and New Years - inquire within. Maid service once a week, pool, gardner are included.
