Casa de la Vida Grande is newly constructed architecturally designed Spanish Mediterranean style villa located in the Las Baulas National Park in Guanacaste. This 3 bed/2 bath villa also has a separate fully furnished apartment. It's a 6 minute walk to Playa Grande, the nesting grounds of the endangered Leather Back Turtle and internationally famous surfing beach. A 5 minute walk will take you to the Mangrove Forest. There's a large terrace with dining area and sitting area that overlooks the pool and beyond that a beautiful tropical garden, AC and ceilings fans throughout, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. By the outdoor deck there is a hammock for wasting the day away and an additional outdoor shower and rinsing area for after the beach. The guesthouse is a studio apartment above the garage. It has a full bed, plus futon, and full kitchen and bath. The grounds are home to hundreds of birds; Howler monkeys, iguanas and butterflies. Nearby attractions include: a food market (5 minute walk from the house);3 restaurants including the Cantarana and Bula Bula both within walking distance; Playa Grande Beach-600 meters; Tamarindo and Tamarindo Beach also within walking distance; Mangrove forest 500 meters; and an Estaury tour.
