The villa is only about two blocks (300 meters) from the beach (offering a superb ocean view from the entire second floor of the home), and offers a full sized infinity pool (yes, you can swim laps), maid service, cable internet access, and a full time concierge who will even buy groceries for you! Wake up to fresh local fruit while you listen to the surf and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of local coffee.

Casa de las Palmas boasts 4,000 total square feet and sleeps up to 9 adults comfortably in 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths in the main house (accommodates 7) and an additional fully furnished apartment with full bath that sleeps 2 more. Tile floors, solid wood doors and crown moldings are throughout home. There is individual air conditioning in each room.

The living room has cable internet/ telephone, a Bose iPod docking station and a large flat screen TV with American cable channels.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a washer and dryer.

The huge infinity pool with waterfall as well as the villa is surrounded by a lush tropical landscaping. The upstairs overlooks the beautiful beach of Playa Hermosa.

There are 2 outdoor cabanas (one with hammocks; one with game table, lounge chairs and fan) and 3 balconies.
