The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a nice spacious living area and covered patio. There is a master bedroom with a private bath, and two additional air-conditioned bedrooms that share the second bathroom. The bedding configuration is two California kinds and two twin beds. Maximum sleeping could be 7 including a couch (not a pull-out). The terrace (La Terraza) on the roof of the house offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and coastal mountains. Don’t be surprised in the morning by a family of visiting monkeys or parrots! The swimming pool is a designed to overlook the bay and the town of Tamarindo. The home is completely self-contained; you can stay secluded if you wish, or take a five-minute walk to town. A private garage, along with night security, ensures your stay will be safe. This house is serene and tranquil, yet is an easy five-minute walk to the town center, beach, grocery market, bank, casino, and restaurants. Other local, nearby points of interest include Costa Rica’s largest private marina, two 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, and many beautiful deserted beaches. Tamarindo offers a variety of outdoor activities including horseback riding, surfing, diving, fishing, kayaking, hiking, sailing, biking, and much more. Tamarindo is only a one-to-two-hour drive to Volcan Arenal, the Nicoya Peninsula, and other Pacific Coast (Guanacaste) beach towns. It is a 45-minute drive from the Liberia International Airport.
