Casa Playa de Hacienda Pinella is a two story, Spanish Colonial, 7,000+ square foot house that sits back 50 meters from a white sand private beach on the beautiful grounds of Hacienda Pinella in Tamarindo. This house was created to integrate the outdoors with the indoors. Large windows, skylights, balconies, patios and a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi grace this manor. The entire house offers views of ocean and mountain vistas. Enter on the ground level through Spanish style gates and pass into the spacious entertainment room with a wet bar. Continue through sliding glass doors onto the patio where a lap pool with Jacuzzi await steps away from the ocean. All five bedrooms have private spa style bathrooms; two face the ocean and have private patios overlooking the pool. Walk upstairs to a wide open living, cooking, dining and entertaining area.
