Casa Palombia is a beautiful five bedroom/five and a half bath home situated on the hill of Flamingo Beach with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. This home is designed in the Mediterranean style, with simple lines, large balconies and curved staircases. The whitewashed walls gleam as the sun strikes giving the entire house a clean and polished look. The beautiful Italian tiled floors and the custom woodwork, throughout the home, give Casa Palombia the rich and finished look of a true Mediterranean villa. As you enter Casa Palombia, a sweeping staircase leads you to the two bedroom suites above. Decorated simply but elegantly, these rooms are comfortable and have an incredible view of the ocean. Each room has a private balcony and another set of spiraling stairs leading to the main balcony below. Both bedrooms have a private bath, one has a full bed, the other a twin. The main floor of Casa Palombia consists of a large living area and dining room with window walls to take in the view. The living room is comfortably furnished with white wicker furniture, colorful cushions and rugs scattered throughout the room. The dining room, located directly off the kitchen for easy access, has a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped for your every need. A large patio is directly off the living/dining area and is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, dinner or a cocktail at sunset. The master bedroom is also located on the main floor. It has access to the patio, great views, a private bath and a king size bed. A staircase off the main patio leads you down one more level to the swimming pool and two additional bedrooms. Both bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a twin bed, have air conditioning and a private bath. The pool is beautifully tiled and gives you the feeling you are floating in the Pacific as you gaze out over the fantastic view. Comfortable lounge chairs surround the pool and make it a wonder place to just sit back and relax in your beautiful vacation home. Other amenities include a bbq grill, cable TV, high speed internet and air conditioning. One of the most special things about
this house is the private beach right outside your door. A stairway leads you
directly to the beach, which is only accessible during low tide. Here, you can
swim, sunbathe or just comb the beach for shells and enjoy your privacy. The
large yard has many indigenous trees, flowering plants and bushes, as well as an
abundance of birds and, if you are lucky, a troop of Howler monkeys will visit
