CasaTolteca is a completely private luxury villa nestled within an enchanted tropical forest. CasaTolteca’s four spacious, well-appointed and fully air-conditioned living suites, as well as its inviting pool and gardens, command spectacular views of the Pacific. The villa offers six comfortable bedrooms with three king and three queen beds, and six full baths--each with a double vanity, as well as expansive decks and a beautiful vanishing edge pool with refreshing waterfall.

CasaTolteca is ideal for large groups in that it provides two large great rooms for full-group activities while affording all the privacy of four complete living spaces, each with its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge.

Both the Sky suite on the upper terrace and the Ocean suite on the middle terrace have two bedrooms, two baths and great rooms large enough to accommodate gatherings of twenty to thirty people. The Jungle suite on the lower terrace and the Casita each offer an intimate studio. The Casita shares the upper terrace with the Sky suite. The pool shares the middle terrace with the Ocean suite.

Upper terrace: two-bedroom, two-bath Sky suite with 550 square foot great room and Casita studio.
Middle terrace: two-bedroom, two-bath Ocean suite with 440 square foot great room and pool.
Lower terrace: Jungle studio and gardens.

The entire CasaTolteca complex is about 6,100 square feet of habitable space, including 3,600 feet of interior living area, 1,600 feet of covered patios, and 900 feet for the pool and its sun decks on the middle terrace.

During your stay at CasaTolteca, you'll be pampered with daily maid service and regular pool and garden service. You can optionally have any of your meals prepared by a superb chef. Our expert, personable and fluently multi-lingual concierge will be pleased to assist you with all your pre- and post-arrival planning and arrangements, including travel between San Jose and the villa, special services at the villa, and any of the many amazing eco and adventure tours that are available in the area.

CasaTolteca is centrally located within Manuel Antonio, right off the main road between the nearby town of Quepos and the world-famous National Park. This places it within easy walking distance of all the core community activities, including many fine restaurants, casinos, clubs, bars and discos. Also nearby are a grocery/liquor store and ATM—giving you ready access to all the conveniences you might need while enjoying a truly memorable vacation. Several world-class beaches and the famous National Park are just a five minute drive or fifteen minute walk from the villa.

All this means that you may not need to rent a vehicle during your stay at CasaTolteca, since inexpensive cabs and public buses frequently pass by its main entry gate throughout the day and evening. In addition, most tour operators supply their own transportation, and, of course, we’d be pleased to arrange your passage to and from San Jose via either road or air.

Despite its easy access to all the essential services, CasaTolteca affords extraordinary peace, privacy and seclusion within the forest. Frequent monkeys, occasional sloths, flocks of toucans, and many spectacular lizards may be observed about the villa. Hundreds of species of birds have been spotted from balconies in this area.
