Located on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica,  Hacienda del Pacifico is a newly built custom house in the Bay of Tamarindo.

The Hacienda is located at the end of a quiet street and less than a minute walk to the beach at the far south end of the bay. There are rock pools and excellent swimming directly in front of the beach area.

The Hacienda has been built with "old style charm" but with the modern conveniences needed for a comfortable vacation, such as cable-tv, ADSL internet, air-conditioning, microwave, ice-machine a washer and a dryer.

The main focus of the house the large "walk gallery" connecting all the areas together. The kitchen is open plan and has a bar area. The living room is also open plan and has room for sitting and a desk area.

The house has four bedrooms, all with their own attached bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms each has a queen sized bed, and the fourth has two single beds. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The master suite also has additional living area.

The Hacienda differs from any other house in the area as it is designed with traditional South American architecture and antique fixtures. All furniture is custom made and the linen has been imported from Europe.

We have a small swimming pool in the terrace area outside of the bedrooms. There is a surfboard room for storage and a separate shower for coming in
from a surf.

We have parking for two cars in the front and one car inside the gates. All bedrooms have a small safe for valuables. There is a caretaker and a regular maid for your comfort. Extra services such as airport pickup and chef are available upon request.

The Hacienda is located in a secluded part of Tamarindo without the traffic of the main roads. This type of house is perfect for families and those who want to be in a more private and quiet environment.
