The Jungle Villa is a 5 Bedroom/bath villa located in Manuel Antonio offering a great view of the jungle and Pacific Ocean, completely surrounded by nature on a unique, very private property, often called The Pearl of Manuel Antonio. This large villa is complete with an open living room, kitchen, bar, office, TV room as well as several terraces. Total seating capacity of living room, bar, TV room, terraces is 40 persons. A great location for private (wedding) parties. All TV's offer 80 channels from Europe, Middle East, Central America and USA. Each bedroom has AC, cable TV, and DVD player. The maximum sleeping capacity is 15 people. Ideally the maximum capacity is for 8 adults plus 7 children. Most double beds are King size, 80 inch long x 80 inch wide. The single beds are 80 inch long and 40 or 56 inch wide. The Ocean Suite (Upper level) maximum sleeping capacity is 4 adults plus 3 children. Room 1 has one double king size bed plus one single bed and a crib, if needed. Room 2 has one double king size bed plus one single bed. The Jungle Suite (lower level) has a maximum sleeping capacity of 4 adults plus 4 children. Room 3 offers one double king size bed plus one single bed. Room 4 has one double king size bed and lastly room 5 has one bunk bed with one regular double bed and one single bed. The Jungle Suite has a small kitchenette. The fully-equipped, completely open, ocean- and jungle view kitchen is every cook's dream! You'll be offered free fruit salad every morning; as well as coffee and tea all day. Other amenities include: free use of washing machine and dryer; BBQ area; private parking for three cars; double-gated private entrance and private guest bathroom. A fully-staff including housekeeper, villa manager and guard are included (6pm-6am) except no maid service on Sundays. The office can accommodate four people and guests have the use of 24/7 wireless 802.11g Internet connection (128 Kb DSL, fixed IP addresses) and use of the Jungle Villa's computer. There's an internet radio station or personal cd's to be played over the villa's 12-speaker system. You'll have use of the private US phone number in Miami (area code 305) as well as free international calls to non-mobile phone numbers, free calls to mobile phone numbers in the USA and free domestic calls within Costa Rica. There are three pools on three different levels with two waterfalls. Within 40 meters is the Manuel
Antonio casino with sports bar and pool tables and eight restaurants within a
