Casa Pajaro Azul is nestled high in the hills overlooking the Pacific ocean located off the main road and a short walk from the town of Quepos in a gated community. Just a mile away from the famous Manuel Antonio National Park and some of the most pristine beaches in the world and minutes from town where you'll find a large number of restaurants, bars and shopping. There are four bedrooms of which one has a king, two have queens and one has a full. There are three full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the lower level of the villa, unconnected to the main level. It's a smaller bedroom with full size bed, full bath and opens onto the pool deck. The room has a view and is perfect for teenagers or people desiring a little more privacy. The bedrooms amenities include hair dryers, thick large bath towels, 300 thread count sheets, alarm clocks and air conditioning. The living/dining
room area has a stereo, Dish TV and telephone. The kitchen is fully equipped
with all modern conveniences.
RATES January-April and December $2500/week May and November $1800/week June through October $1600/week Christmas/New Years/Easter $3500 Rates include daily maid service. A cook can be hired separately for at a reasonable rate. A washer/dryer are on premise and the maid will do laundry for an additional cost. PAYMENT Payment is to be made by check or money order and a $750 non-refundable deposit is required upfront in addition to a $500 damage deposit that will be returned at the end of your stay.
