Fonda del Mar is a luxury beachfront villa located just a few minute walk south of the center of Tamarindo. It has a small lush garden area and a private pool overlooking the ocean. The pool patio has a shaded pergola and a custom built bar with a commercial gas BBQ grill. The kitchen, dining and living room are one expansive “great” room with a bank of glass doors which uniquely slide open to allow maximum view of the ocean and the pool. The view from this room may well be the nicest of any beach house in Tamarindo! The kitchen has every modern convenience, including a wine refrigerator. Of course there is cable TV, wireless internet and AC in all the rooms. There are 5 bedrooms. Two are on the ground floor facing the pool and the ocean; one has twin beds and the other, a queen. All have private bathrooms. The master is on the second level. It has a king bed, large flat screen TV; walk-in closet and a small refrigerator. Step out to the patio and soak in the 6 person Jacuzzi as you watch the boats sail into the bay. The bathroom has double sinks and a separate, beautiful outdoor shower with two showerheads; you can look out to the sea as you shower! The fourth & fifth bedrooms are studio apartments each with a queen bed, full bath and kitchen. Fonda comfortably sleeps 10. On the third level there is a deck with 180 degree view of the Tamarindo bay. It is the perfect place for private sunbathing, watching the brilliant sunsets over the Pacific Ocean, or stargazing at night. The beach out front has white sand and no rocks and is perfect for swimming, surfing and boogie boarding. There are even beach surfing lessons. For rental cars, there is secure parking on property.
