Sunset View is a lovely beachfront,, modern, spacious (2,690 sq. ft.) home located in a quiet area of south Jacó beach, just a short 5 minute drive to downtown Jaco.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and their airy interiors make it very fresh. Enjoy the sunset from the hammock in the balcony or from its ample pool. Surf, have a barbecue and gaze at the stars. This is your perfect beach house.

The newly-constructed beach house was designed with Feng Shui in mind. There's a fountain at the entrance and the ceilings are high, giving this house a sense of well-being. The kitchen and living area remain cool thanks to the windows' orientation. The air conditioned bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and private bathroom. A screened sliding glass door leads out to a balcony with a hammock overlooking the pool and beach. The second bedroom has a double bed and also has access to the balcony. The third bedroom has a double bed and a half bathroom. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom across the hallway. A fourth double bed (for kids only) is situated in a loft near the stairs. This area is cooled by a floor fan.

The villas beautiful pool and landscaped gardens with red palms invite you to do nothing but relax, while listening to the refreshing roar of the ocean. Cook in its open-air barbecue or in its open kitchen. If you want to venture out, the town is only five minutes away and some great little Tico restaurants are around the corner. There is ample parking space, as well as an alarm system and an automatic main gate.
