Tierra Magnifica is available to
rent for families or groups. The entire 6 acre property becomes yours for your
designated stay, providing you with a unique private vacation or meeting
destination. Tierra Magnifica offers an exclusive, secluded get-away nestled in
the treetops of the tropical dry forest featuring sweeping views of the Pacific
Ocean and surrounding mountains. Monkeys and exotic birds abound, assuring the
experience of being "someplace else," while the white sand beaches and rolling
waves call to beach-lovers and surfers. Sea turtles nest nearby and deep sea
sport fishing is just moments away. All the eco-adventure and activities for
which Costa Rica is famous are accessible from the property. The Location Page

In the main villa there are 4 air conditioned bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens,1 with
3 twins); 3 full bathrooms plus one half bath. In addition to the villa, there
are four separate, private cabinas each with queen size bed, air conditioning,
and double French doors opening to spectacular views. The two Poolside Cabinas
have private bathrooms with hot water shower, mini-fridge, coffee maker. The two
Rancho Cabinas share a full bathroom and half-bath. The full bath features an
exotic and private open-air hot shower overlooking the forest.
The main villa features two full kitchens (one on first floor, one on second
floor). There are two large outdoor decks off the main villa (one on first
floor, one on second floor) with dining tables and chairs overlooking the ocean,
conducive to socializing and relaxed meals. The swimming pool with patio is
ideal for entertaining and lounging. The 900 square foot "rancho" - an open-air
pavilion made of natural woods in the traditional Costa Rican rustic style that
juts out over the treetops, offers breathtaking views of the jungle and the
Pacific. The rancho includes a kitchenette with a charcoal grill. This space is
ideal for entertaining and hosting one-of-a-kind special events (weddings and
family reunions).
Other special features include: a charming secluded gazebo, lush tropical
gardens and nature path leading to a private waterfall and natural wading pool,
gas grill
wireless high speed internet, maid service.

optional and incur an additional fee: transportation to and from the airport and
on-site cook.
Tierra Magnifica is located on the Nicoya Peninsula in the northwestern region
of Costa Rica in the town of Nosara, an authentic Costa Rican village with
friendly locals ready to assist you and help you enjoy your stay. In a country
known for its enlightened approach to conservation, Nosara is one of the most
enlightened villages. In addition to the requisite- 200 meters from the water -
of country-wide government-designated environmental protection zone, there's an
additional 50 meters of protected mangrove land. This keeps the beach front free
of development, creating untouched, pristine beaches that are sparsely
populated, even at high season. This and the surfer town atmosphere provide a
laid-back, relaxed experience.
