Villa Allamanda, named after a brilliantly colored flower found in these parts, is located in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica. This truly fantastic all-inclusive vacation getaway is positioned on Playa Ocotal atop a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Bay of Papagayo. The view from the home is simply breathtaking. Villa Allamanda is a breathtaking five bedroom, five bath villa with an infinity-edge swimming pool and gorgeous ocean views. The villa sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. Three bedrooms have a king size bed, one bedroom has two queen beds and the fifth bedroom has two double beds. All bedrooms are well appointed with lavish furnishings and have their own private bathroom and all are air-conditioned. The living room is a wonderful place to relax while taking in panoramic views of the Bay of Papagayo and Pacific Ocean. The living room is furnished with a 37” LCD TV, DVD Player, CD Player, indoor/outdoor speakers and comfortable furniture. Villa Allamanda has a four-person, five-night minimum. The villa is a perfect vacation spot for large groups. Also, your vacation is all inclusive - three mouth watering meals a day professionally cooked and served, snacks, and a full open bar for one price. If you are a fisherman, our staff will be happy to cook your catch. Fresh seafood, vegetables, and fruit are house specialties as well as chicken, pork, and Italian dishes. Among the seafood served during the week's stay are fresh mahi mahi, grouper, snapper, and tuna. Breakfast is normally served around 8 a.m. Lunch, served around noon, is light--consisting of sandwiches, salads, nachos, chips and fruits. Dinner, as mentioned above, is a treat and is served between 6 and 7 p.m. Maid & laundry service are also a part of our daily rate. The maid cleans the entire house daily and provides fresh linens and towels. She will also launder personal items of clothing if you wish. The houseboy serves the meals and handles the bar during the day and early evening before dinner. He will gladly mix and serve you refreshing drinks while you relax in the pool. Our staff is always available to assist you... whatever your desire, we are happy to meet your needs. Activities here are nearly limitless. There is something for everyone: deep sea fishing that many consider the best in the world, scuba diving excursions that depart from Ocotal Beach just below the villa, and two championship golf courses just a short drive away. If your goal is pure relaxation you can walk to the community spa for a full therapeutic massage. Also enjoy whitewater rafting, horseback riding, volcano tours, a sunset cruise, or choose among countless other options. And don't forget our guests most favorite activity - simply sitting by the private luxurious infinity pool with an inlaid mosaic compass and sipping on a drink served by our courteous "in house" staff.
