Villa Augustina is a new four-bedroom/four and one half bath, fully-equipped vacation home located in Reserva Conchal, a gated resort located on the North Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, in the town of Conchal-Brasilito.

This exquisite beach resort offers incredible stretches of sand overlooking the Catalina Islands, a Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole championship golf course, activities that range from a poolside siesta in the sun to surfing, hiking, exploring nature trails, horseback riding, sport fishing, spa amenities and more. Each Bedroom contains a king-size bed with memory foam mattress, private bath, individual safe, refrigerator, private balcony. The kitchen is spacious with island and modern appliances.  The living space contains 37" LCD cable television plus DVD-CD player and is wired with house-wide sound system. A laundry room contains washer, dryer, pantry, utility sink. There is a two car garage with opener. The pool and patio area features infinity edge pool, lounges, outdoor shower, and barbecue grill. Office amenities include wireless internet access, unlimited stateside calls

Villa amenities provided include all the items necessary to make your stay complete, including bed linens, bath towels, dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, pots & pans and cooking accessories such as aluminum foil, cooking oil, etc. The pool area contains towels and lounges.

You can also have the Villa pre-stocked with food and beverages; simply provide the conceriege with a list of items.

Complimentary maid service is provided twice per week. More frequent maid service as well as full time maids, cooks and child care can be provided for an additional charge. Make arrangements prior to your arrival through the Lent Eckhart concierge.

Beach Club Access: Guests will have access to the private Reserva Conchal Beach Club. Upon entry, guests can leave a charge card for extra services including Spa and Restaurant Charges. Guests have access to the Spa, Pool, Beach, and Fitness Center. Golf packages (daily, 3 day, and 5 day) are available via Reserva Conchal. The packages include golf, cart, and professional range facilities.
