VILLA LunaTica - this award winning "Metropolitan Home of the year" is a stunning architectural masterpiece, nestled in the picturesque hillsides of Manuel Antonio. It is overlooking Playa Espadilla - 4 miles south of Quepos, about 1 mile north of famous Manuel Antonio National Park, known for its spectacular combination of tropical rain forest and white sand beaches. From its multiple levels, rooftop and hammock terraces, the home offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the offshore island and the jungle, where monkeys, birds and sloths abound.

There are three (3) bedroom suites on different levels - two with king size beds and one with a queen bed and a "hanging" double bed. An additional queen bed is located on the mezzanine level of the great room, also a convertible sofa bed on the entrance level is available, if needed.

For larger parties, the rental of the close by VILLITA (guest house on the same hill) and GUEST HOUSE is suggested.

Four (4) absolutely stunning bath rooms (w/waterfall showers!) will surprise you and two (2) fully equipped kitchen and dining areas - one in the great room and another in the side wing suite - invite to entertain. The main kitchen includes a professional VIKING stove and a Stainless Steel Bar-B-Q.

The bedroom suites are air conditioned. Commanding ceilings heights, a 'floating roof' and very large screened areas create a natural cross ventilation, which, supported by 8 commercial type fans, keeps the house effectively cool, while the sounds and smells of the rain forest and the ocean breeze can come inside.

The spectacular fresh water / invisible edge pool is situated in a beautiful and very private jungle setting. 

Other amenities include daily maid service, gardener, telephone, High Speed wireless Internet, 50" Plasma TV, Cable and DVD, several stereo systems w/ iPod connections.

An optional cook and catering as well as therapeutic massages and Spa treatments can be arranged.
A Certified Bridal Consultant can assist with planning a wedding or other other special events.

The multi lingual manager will pick you up at the airport and will assist with the booking of local flights, charters, car rental and tour organizing. 

Within walking distance you will find most of Manuel Antonio's best restaurants in beautiful outdoor settings, also shops and cafés are nearby.

An array of activities include world class sport fishing, white water rafting and sea kayaking, dolphin watching and sunset cruises, canopy tour, scuba diving and snorkeling, hiking and bird watching, jet ski safari, horseback riding and surfing.

RATES

Prices start as low as $330 (low season 2 guests) and go as high as $1800 a day depending on season and number of guests.
