Villa Paradise is a 4 bed/bath villa located approximately two-hour drive from the Liberia airport and approximately a four-hour drive from the San Jose airport. Comfortably sleeping eight adult the villa allows couples to have their own master bedroom and bath and for larger groups it can easily accommodate a party of fourteen.

Overlooking the beautiful lake and town of Nuevo Arenal "Villa Paradise" is a 5600 sq. ft. luxurious rental home lying atop a mountain peak overlooking 25 acres of private property planted with macadamia and banana trees, coffee, and ornamental plants.  The famous Arenal Volcano is only 30 kilometers from the home and on a clear night you will be able to view the lava flow!

The lake view master bedroom offers a king size bed and a full bath including a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and a walk-in closet. The pool view master bedroom offers a queen size bed as well as a twin. In addition you will find a full bath with shower and a walk-in closet. The lake view second floor master bedroom offers two queen size beds and a full bath including a garden tub and a walk-in closet. The lake view second floor master bedroom offers two queen size beds and a full bath including a garden tub and a walk-in closet. The downstairs study overlooks the gardens and lake with a sofa readily converting into a twin bed.

Amenities include a large pool with a slide, small children's pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, billiard's table, stables (guided horseback riding tours through the rainforest and plantation), video room (equipped with Direct TV, DVD player and a VCR), a small ibrary and sound system throughout the home with individual volume control.

Experiencing the fine dining in our area is also a great pleasure, authentic or even a good old hamburger and fries.

Rates

Weekly Rates (excluding Christmas, New Years, and Easter week)

$2500 per week based upon a party up to four people during Green Season (August 15 - December 15)
$3000 per week based upon a party up to four people during Regular Season (December 15 - August 15)
$3500 per week based upon a party up to four people during Christmas, New Years, and Easter
Additional Adults: $50 per person per night
Additional Children (6 to 12 years): $30 per person per night
Children under 6: FREE

Daily Rates (minimum of two night stay)

$ 400 per night based upon a party up to four people
Additional Adults: $50 per person per night
Additional Children (6 to 12 years): $30 per person per night

Weekly as well as daily rate schedules including the following amenities:

Daily Housekeeping Services
Typical Costa Rican Breakfast
Mid-day Meal (this meal may be served at the lunch hour or prepared for the Guests to re-heat in the evening when they return from their excursion)
Laundry Services: available every three days
Stable Services: Horses are available for daily guided tours
Security: Twenty-four hour security; our caretaker and his wife live on the property above the stable.
