sea level. Villa Pelicano is described as the “mansion” of Manuel Antonio and a
landmark of the town with its walled entrance featuring hand-painted pelicans in
flight. As your private gate opens you will drive down a palmed lined driveway
to your 5 acre retreat. Upon entering the home the 2 story cathedral ceilings
will awe you as will the enormous size of the living and dining areas, verandas,
Olympic size pool, bedrooms, baths and walk in closets.
This Estate offers complete discretion and privacy while being located in the
heart of Manuel Antonio which features many fine restaurants, casinos, shopping,
and galleries. A 10 minute ride puts you into the bustling town of Quepos, which
offers most everything you could possibly need. Integrated harmoniously into the
natural landscape of Manuel Antonio's jungle hills, bordered on one side by a
private forest, has beautifully landscaped gardens. The residence is surrounded
by unspoiled vegetation which gives you the feeling of total seclusion. The
indescribable sunsets are sure to awe you as well as the spectacular views of
the panoramic vantage point of ocean, nearby coves, a vast expanse of coastline
and distant mountains as far as the eye can see.
The main floor features four master bedrooms, each with King Size bed, high
ceilings, spacious areas, with west facing glass sliders which when opened
permit you to feel the fresh breezes coming off of the ocean. There is a Jacuzzi
tub to pamper you, air conditioning to keep you cool, a veranda which runs the
entire length of the main level, with 4 comfortable divans for dreamy lounging.
The fifth bedroom on the pool level of the villa features three double beds, air
conditioning, private seating area, and veranda looking out to the jungle. The
sixth bedroom adjacent has one Queen bed, air conditioning, and shares the ever
shaded and cool veranda.
The living room has a two-story cathedral ceiling with wraparound balcony on the
second level. Here you will find another lounging area, which is wide open. The
balcony from this area looks out over the ocean, offering the same incredible
ocean and skyscapes seen from below. Costa Rican modern art adorns the large
walls throughout Villa Pelicano. You will find the perfect spot to cool off in
the Olympic sized swimming pool with its cushioned chaise lounge chairs and
shade umbrellas at either end. The grounds are secured by a wall and electronic
gate. Once in the property, on the lower levels there is a carport and a
spacious parking area.
Villa Pelicano provides you with a complete vacation retreat. The full time
staff includes maid service 7 days a week, chef ‘services’ including preparation
of 3 gourmet meals per day by professional chef Roger and full time Concierge
Manager to assist you with all of your vacationing needs. The home is supplied
with all the amenities you would enjoy at home, including: 2 phones, 2TV’S, fine
linens and towels, full kitchenware, a stereo with CD/DVD player, and much more.

to make your vacation special, ie: the planning of weddings and gatherings. With
