Villa Vista Precosia, or “heavenly view” is a gorgeous eight-bedroom, eight-bath villa with an infinity-edge swimming pool complete with waterfall and wonderful ocean views located in beautiful Ocotal. The villa has six bedrooms in the main house and two additional bedrooms over the detached garage. All bedrooms are well appointed with lavish furnishings and have their own private bathroom. In the main villa, two bedrooms have a king bed each, two bedrooms have two queens each and two bedrooms have two full beds each. The two bedrooms over the garage each have two queen beds. The living room has a plasma TV, DVD Player, CD Player, indoor/outdoor sound system and comfortable furniture. Villa Vista Precosia has an eight-person, five-night minimum. Rates November - April:
$189 per adult, per night (with an 8-adult minimum); children 5 and under free
