Villita Lantana, completed in December of 2005, offers a unique alternative to our other properties. The villita consists of two living quarters (upstairs and down) that may be rented together or individually. Also, as detailed above, Villita Lantana may be rented as all or non-inclusive. Furthermore, the property also may be rented for a extended periods of time.

Situated just below Villa Allamanda, the views from Lantana are equally stunning. Bask in the sun in the large, luxurious pool while staring out at the beautiful blue water of the Pacific. Each 1300 square foot living quarter has a kitchen, living area, large porch, and two bedrooms, one furnished with a king sized bed and the other with two queens. In total the villita comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. Please note that maid service is offered three times a week.

Peak Season Non-Inclusive (Nov-Apr):
Weekly Non-inclusive - $1800/week* with 4 or less guests ($175 for each additional person)
Nightly Non-Inclusive - $275/night* with 4 or less guests ($25 for each additional person)

Green Season All-Inclusive (May-Oct):
