Villa Lantana is a
beautiful, four-bedroom, four-bath Costa Rica villa located in Ocotal and is
comprised of two levels. Each level has two bedrooms, two baths, a small kitchen,
living room and balcony and each has its own separate entrance. Villa Lantana
can be rented as all-inclusive with a full staff (cook, maid, and houseboy) or
you can also rent Villa Lantana as non-inclusive.
This spacious villa has a lovely swimming pool with gorgeous ocean views. Two of
the bedrooms are furnished with king beds while the other two bedrooms have two
queen beds each per room. A private bathroom accompanies all bedrooms. In total
the villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. The living room is furnished with
comfortable sofas and chairs, a color TV, DVD and VCR.
With two distinct living spaces, Villa Lantana is a perfect villa for couples
(and for privacy’s sake the villa is only ever rented to one group at a time) or
is a great villa for larger parties, as it sleeps up to 12 people.
Villa Lantana has a two-person,
five-night minimum and can either rent as all-inclusive (3 meals a day, a full
open bar and a staff consisting of a cook, maid and houseboy come in each day to
care for you) or may rent as non-inclusive.
Situated just below Villa Allamanda, the views from Lantana are equally
stunning. Bask in the sun in the large, luxurious pool while staring out at the
beautiful blue water of the Pacific. Each 1300 square foot living quarter has a
kitchen, living area, large porch, and two bedrooms, one furnished with a king
sized bed and the other with two queens.
Rates
November - April:
$199 per adult, per night (with an 8-adult minimum); children 5 and under free
and
children 6-11 are half-price, per child, per night.
May - August: $179 per adult, per night (with an 8-adult minimum); children
rates same as above.
Sept - October: $150 per adult, per night (8-adult minimum); children same
Easter, Christmas and New Years weeks - inquire within.
Rates include all meals, open bar and full staff.
